Panasil Initial Contact X-Light is a low viscosity, addition-curing precision impression material with very high initial hydrophilicity, ideal for two-step impressions.

Thanks to its high initial hydrophilicity, the A-silicone Panasil initial contact X-light will convince you from the very first second, especially in a moist environment.

After the familiar sulcus preparation, Panasil initial contact Xlight’s unique initial hydrophilicity enables it to flow directly onto the moist tooth surface. This unique hydrophilicity is retained throughout the whole processing time. The result, an elastic impressions with sharp markings of the preparation limit even in extreme (subgingival) situations.

You can now be assured of an exact impression of the preparation edges, even in situations with a deep sulcus or an especially moist environment. A short intra-oral setting time, outstanding flowing properties and high thixotropy round off the product profile.

The material immediately overcomes the residual moisture and directly contacts the moist tooth surface; the impression reproduces the crisp detail of the preparation margin with residual moisture present.

The material flows into narrow crevices when pressure is applied and does not drip from the tooth into the oral cavity.

Panasil Initial Contact X-light can be ideally combined with the tray material Panasil Putty from the tub.
